Train Tunnels
Train Tunnels are placed by the player at no cost using

Train Tunnels entry and exit must be at the same height (level tracks).
Once placed, each end of the Train Tunnels may have additional tracks attached.
The planned bridge is placed by the player using the Road Bridge Menu
