These are the menu groupings of resources and resource categories in the lower left menu.
The category values under globalStorageUISpec in the ui.json file for a mod specifies in which menu the resource or resource category should appear.
"Resource Menu Label" values taken from corresponding translation.csv entries, e.g. UICategory_1_Name,Text,,Construction.
The image for a new resource menu should follow Resource Menu Image guidelines.
Note the difference from Resource_Categories
