These are the menu groupings of Buildings in the lower right menus.
The values of category in the building.json file for a mod specifies in which menu the Buildings should appear.
The order of the ID under constructionGridBuildingIds in the ui.json file for a mod specifies the order in which the buildings appear within each menu.
