Most often you will find yourself prioritising individual buildings to prioritise needed resources, however, there are two panels that can help with univeral prioritisation of transporting resources and construction of buildings.

By default, resources priorities are determined by the order set in the Transport Priorities panel for each resources.

For example, if 3 Logs and 1 Energy are all at a single Road Post, the 3 Logs will be routed before the Energy to meet demand. You may notice this on Roads with a lot of moving resources.

Also by default, construction priorities are determined by the order set in the Construction Priorities panel for each building.

For example, if there are 3 Logs available to meet demand then, according to the Construction Priorities, an unconstructed Lumberjack Hut L1 would be a higher priority than a Residence L1.
